About the Project

The InnHub La Punt is a new innovation campus currently under construction, with its opening planned for 2028. Dedicated to co-creation and innovation, it is designed by architect Sir Norman Foster and located on the river Inn in the Swiss Engadin valley. The campus will bring together a hotel and collaborative spaces for businesses, start ups, athletes, cultural creators, and the local community.

Spanning approximately 7,000 square meters, the InnHub is conceived as more than a destination. It is a place for purpose, progress, and possibility, where business and innovation, elite performance, and timeless wisdom come together to support new ways of working, moving, and growing.

Designed as a third place, a seasonal headquarters, and a catalyst for transformation, the campus will offer seminar and learning spaces, sports facilities, retail areas, restaurants, hotel rooms, and apartments. Rather than a traditional hotel, the InnHub is envisioned as a program driven environment where curated content, collaboration, and individual contribution shape the experience.

The Engadin Shapes New Possibilities

La Punt Chamues-ch is a village of just 740 residents in the Upper Engadin, a region defined by alpine landscapes, cultural continuity, and a strong sense of place.

Historically shaped by exchange and craftsmanship, the Engadin values continuity while embracing change.

For centuries, the Engadin has been a place of exchange: merchants, travelers, artists, and thinkers brought new impulses to the alpine region, connecting local tradition with international openness.

In this context, the InnHub is emerging as a place for encounter, innovation, and collaboration. It builds on the Engadin’s long history as a place of exchange while creating space for new ideas and perspectives.
